除了必須的適應期外，眼鏡片的瞳距，鏡框大小，傾斜度等等之類問題都可能影響舒適度。建議除了檢查眼睛，也應檢查眼鏡。
Hi, I am teacher & am working with a 10 year old who has difficulty in focusing his mind. For a child of his age this is quite unusual. His mother says: Because his eyes are very tired. And myopic degree is very high. The left eye 275, right eye 450. Astigmatism is especially serious. 本人雙眼做了白內障手術，右眼術後一切正常，但左眼眼角術後不停出現閃光，感覺眼球不停跳動，注目看電腦時特別嚴重，令人很不安及煩燥。術後檢查一切正常，視力、眼底、眼壓都正常，為什麼會有這種情況？手術至今已十七天，很令人擔心！
手術時有機會觸碰或牽動視網膜，換過人工晶體後也有可能改變視網膜所受拉扯力，引致閃光。如果醫生在術後檢查過沒問題，理論上情況會慢慢改善， 建議再觀察1個月。
大約15年前做過EYE LASER，現在有返150度近視及少量散光，想問可以配戴CONTACT LENS嗎?
可以嘗試，但不一定適合，要視乎角膜健康情況。
