除了必须的适应期外，眼镜片的瞳距，镜框大小，倾斜度等等之类问题都可能影响舒适度。建议除了检查眼睛，也应检查眼镜。
Hi, I am teacher & am working with a 10 year old who has difficulty in focusing his mind. For a child of his age this is quite unusual. His mother says: Because his eyes are very tired. And myopic degree is very high. The left eye 275, right eye 450. Astigmatism is especially serious. 本人双眼做了白内障手术，右眼术后一切正常，但左眼眼角术后不停出现闪光，感觉眼球不停跳动，注目看电脑时特别严重，令人很不安及烦燥。术后检查一切正常，视力、眼底、眼压都正常，为什么会有这种情况？手术至今已十七天，很令人担心！
手术时有机会触碰或牵动视网膜，换过人工晶体后也有可能改变视网膜所受拉扯力，引致闪光。如果医生在术后检查过没问题，理论上情况会慢慢改善， 建议再观察1个月。
大约15年前做过EYE LASER，现在有返150度近视及少量散光，想问可以配戴CONTACT LENS吗?
可以尝试，但不一定适合，要视乎角膜健康情况。
