2016/03/20

To raise the public awareness of ocular health and visual hygiene for school children, PolyVision and The Hong Kong Repertory Theatre had proudly presented “Storytelling competition for Kindergarten & Primary school students” on 20 March 2016. It was held at Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impaired. We were honored to have Mr. Mike Chow (Deputy Head of Outreach and Education of Hong Kong Repertory Theatre); Ms. Lai Yan Chi, Mo (Playwright, Director and Actress in the field of Theatre and Movie in Hong Kong) and Ms. Purple Lee (Hong Kong Singer-songwriter) to be our judges for this competition. The participants were all well performed. They got inspired from performing their own stories about eyecare. Trophies and prizes have been awarded to the first three places in each group as an encouragement award. Over 250 children had participated in this competition. All revenue from enrollment fees and additional contributions were donated to “Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impaired” in helping those who are visually impaired for better service development.
